Ran by Jim and Shanti who practices Ananda Marga, Bliss Café is the only eclectic vegetarian restaurant which specializes in Indian cuisine in Baguio City.
Its décor is made of mementos collected by the couple throughout their travels adds to the laid back charm of the restaurant. There are interfaith materials you can scan while waiting for your order to arrive. The walls serve as an art space to local artists. But what really attracts people (mostly meat eaters) to this place is the vegetarian food. Their vegetarian version of chicharon called Haiku is quite popular as well as their lassis.
