Eve’s Garden is a popular home-restaurant perched on a hill so you are assured of a scenic view of the mountains and valleys. It is located a few minutes drive away from downtown Baguio. Once you arrive, it feels like home. Paintings done by local artists hang on their walls. They have their own herb and vegetable garden so you know that everything on your dish is fresh and organic.
Their piece de resistance is a vegetable salad made of around 8 varieties of lettuce and topped with turnips, carrots, raisins and walnuts. It is served with their own version of herbed Ceasar’s dressing and decorated with edible flowers. You can pair this with your main dish of chicken, beef or fish.
